Amie Greco is the founder of North Talent Group, a recruitment and talent advisory firm delivering precision-driven, high-impact hiring. With over a decade of experience in both executive search and in-house talent leadership, Amie combines strategic insight, operational execution, and headhunting mastery.

Before founding North Talent Group, Amie was a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Strategy at a multi-billion-dollar Canadian retailer with over 800 locations, where she led enterprise-wide hiring strategy and operations across the entire organization. She began her career at a top global executive search firm, where she honed her research, sourcing, and talent assessment skills.

Amie has successfully led searches across human resources (HR), finance, legal, marketing, procurement, real estate, supply chain, communications, operations, and more — from mid-senior level to confidential C-suite placements. Known for finding rare, hard-to-reach talent and closing complex negotiations, she delivers fast, precise, and impactful results, trusted by leaders who demand quality and excellence.
